The best way to check if this is the correct course for you is to look at your current Door Supervisor badge and see if it is still valid. Also check to see if you have a valid First Aid or Emergency First Aid Qualification. If you have lost your badge or have been given a different set of information by someone else, we always recommend contacting the SIA directly and finding out from them what you are required to do.
Information on contacting the SIA can be found on their Contact Us page. Alternatively, you may call them on 0300 123 9298. Please note that due to the volume of queries the SIA receives you may be in their phone queue for 30 minutes or more on average.
